Do you have a different pricing for Dual Agency on Transaction Assistance?
There is no extra charge for Dual Agency transactions.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds for the following services: Offer Assistance, Counter Assistance and Disclosures Assistance services.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
There is no cancellation fee for our Transaction Assistance service. Our fee is paid at closing through escrow, we trust that the canceled transaction will come back to us once it goes back in escrow.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase a service with any major credit card.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable state and local sales tax based on your billing address will be applied to fees charged.
Will I be able to access files online?
A 24/7 access to executed contracts, disclosures, reports and escrow documents is provided for our Transaction Assistance service. All documents are uploaded and updated as they are received.
I am located in Northern California, can you assist with my transaction?
Yes, we service all of California.
Will I have one or more coordinators?
No, you will have one Coordinator who handles all of your transactions.
Can you help with a transaction I have already started?
Yes, we can take over paperwork of a transaction already started, please make sure to upload all items received and executed so far during the transaction for our review.
